Finding laugh-out-loud wisdom in an Amazon.com book review has got to be a rarity, but find it I did. Thanks to Hilde B. for providing the following highly accurate observation on living in a foreign tongue:
"Trust me, when you only can speak in present tense with a very limited vocabulary, you sound like an idiot and the conversation dies quickly..."
